Mission Statement
Our Mission, How our name came about, About the Editor - We provide information about who we are, how we are serving God in the Armenian Church and Community, and a few words about the background of the Editor of this website.  We hope this will help the visitor better understand the context of the information given here.

Main Categories
Prayers and Prayer Requests - Armenian Church prayers are translated so visitors can be inspired through them.  Articles about praying is also provided to help the visitor pray more effectively.  A form is provided where a person can request a prayer for himself or herself, or for others.  All information is confidential. 

Bible Verses - Verses from the Bible always provide comfort, joy and strength in any and all situations in life.  A few are provided here.

Spirituality - The Christian Spirituality presented here is defined as the relationship between God and us, human beings.  How we view this relationship affects all of our human relationships.  Articles are presented here to discuss how the relationship with God, i.e. spirituality, is expressed in different circumstances and can make our life more meaningful and fulfilling.  The spirituality presented here is based upon the spirituality of the Armenian Apostolic Church.

Lives of the Saints - The 'saints' are those who live in such a manner as to glorify God in some aspect of their lives.  Saints are not perfect; they are human just like us.  Consequently, saints are venerated and not worshiped.  Only God is worshiped.  The life of Nersess of Lambron is presented here.  More will be added in the future.

Fun and interesting insights about Armenian Churches - The Christian Faith is a dynamic relationship between God and us humans.  This relationship is often seen in the church buildings and how they helped the faithful face and overcome challenges in life.  Some interesting insights are presented here.

Culture, Literature and Arts - 'Culture,' it is said is the collective expression of a society's religious beliefs.  Cultural aspects are presented here in articles by various authors, translations and other perspective of society.  The written word is a crucial and important way of transmitting the faith from one generation to another.  For this reason, one of the first functions of the Armenian Church was to create, by the grace of God, an alphabet so the Armenian people can read and write in the language they had already been speaking for over 1,000 years.  Here we try to provide articles by various authors.

Welcome to Our International Family - This area features family stories from various countries.  We are continually adding articles to this page.  If you have an article that you would like to submit, please let us know.

Christian Spirituality in Personal Relationships

Family Relationships - The 'family' is an important pillar of the Christian Faith.  For that reason the relationship within the Holy Trinity is described in terms of the 'Father' and the 'Son.'  Transforming this ideal into a way of life is not an easy task.  We provide insights on how to apply this spirituality into our daily situations.

Children Related - Children bring hope, meaning and joy to our life.  Needless to say, they bring along responsibility and the need for learning and planning.  The articles here are intended to provide the visitor with insightful and interesting approaches.

Teenager Related - The teenage years are exciting and challenging years for both the young people as well as the parents.  The information provided here sheds light on the significance of the growth process, including the disagreement between young people and the parents.  Also views of some Armenian teenagers are presented here.

College Life Insights - The college years provide some of the earliest experiences of independence.  So what do college students think, how do they view their future and even their future soul-mate?  The articles here address some of these issues.

Personal Development - God has created us humans in His "image and likeness."  This means that we have the ability and the opportunity to grow in life.  This destination and path is the essence of our journey in life.  Articles here try to shed some light on ways we can personally grow in the image and likeness of God.

Pertaining to Male-Female Relationships - God has chosen the male-female relationship to be the way in which life perpetuates.  In addition, this relationship becomes the nurturing environment within which we grow and appreciate life.  However, maintaining a supportive, constructive and harmonious male-female relationship is a challenge in any culture and at all times of history.  Articles discussing the Christian view of this relationship are presented.

Career and Workplace - Next to our time at home, for most of us the second greatest portion of time we spend is at our workplace or while doing work.  Of course, it is not surprising that God's presence, guidance and empowerment makes a difference in our career as well.
 
Teens describing their relationship with God - It is always an exciting challenge to try to describe the relationship between God and us.  We may say a prayer or speak of God and His activities in our life.  The Gospels are full of stories of Christ and his ministry.  But trying to describe our relationship with God?!  This is a very different task.  It is a challenge that some Armenian teenagers took upon themselves.  See their creative descriptions.

Health Related - Since our body is the 'temple of the Holy Spirit,' it is our responsibility to take care of our body.  Read some of the ways we can accomplish this.
