We all spend a great deal of time on our careers. Naturally we look for a hopeful career, a career that gives us a sense of hope to persevere, a sense of fulfillment to create, and the joy of having accomplished something worthy in life. We can find this kind of career if we look for it!
Yet, we look to find this career not outside of ourselves, but inside. The reason is that a hope is a spiritual term, and not a psychological one. Hope depends on our belief system and not just on mental capabilities or behavioral patterns. Consequently, hope requires that we view ourselves, our abilities, and our career as a whole, unified reality based on the talents and abilities instilled in us.
St. Paul tells us that we are no longer slaves, but that we are free as Christians because we believe in Christ. A slave cannot determine or even try to take part in planning for his or hr future. Only a free person can do. Likewise, we can find a hopeful career only when we discover the meaning of hope and how we as individually and in a group apply this hope.
These set of writing will help us discover ways we can find hopeful career.
